LocationThe Bed and Breakfast is located in a quaint and picturesque rural area close to the village of Kilmanagh where farming is very important with good soil and conditions favour dairying, beef development, and tillage farming. Situated 9 miles from Kilkenny and 20 miles from Cashel on the scenic route, R695, we find many of our guests are on route to visit the Rock of Cashel who then go on to the Ring of Kerry. Our proximity to Killkenny City strengthens our position in terms of transport and services. The routes to our house are well sign-posted and easy to follow from several different roads.
